Larry serves as principle advisor to Bishop Tafoya in policy matters, directs diocesan justice and peace efforts.  He has expertise in Catholic social teaching.  Howe-Kerr has worked for the Diocese for 20 years, serving as the Director of Campus Ministry for 10 years.  He has graduate degrees in Theology and Education.  His Bachelor degree is in Engineering.

Ms. Paula Gutierrez, Secretary

Paula has worked for the Diocese for 30 years most recently serving as a secretary in the Office of the Bishop.  Gutierrez is now part of the staff in the Pastoral Life Department with principal responsibilities in the Office for Social Justice and the Office of Vocations.  This includes coordination of the work of CRS Rice Bowl, the Legislative Action Network, and CCHD.
